ConceptsNation Marketing is a full service marketing and promotions company for taking a CONCEPT of a Non-Profit/Foundation/L3C from a napkin to a fully operational and effective fund-raising entity. Using our combined 75 plus years experience working with entrepreneurial startups, events and NPOs like Atlanta based sci-fi convention DragonCon we know how to use Internet based Web 2 Marketing and Video Production to bring new NPOs/Foundations/L3Cs to REALITY!
The 21st century of NPOs/Foundations/L3Cs will be relying more on right brain thinking or CONCEPTS instead of analysis and left brain thinking according to best selling author Daniel Pink. According to Pink you can outsource left brain tasks to high speed computers but to this day a computer CAN NOT CREATE A CONCEPT even using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Pink also found that today as in the past all the way back to the caveman people love to hear and tell stories! STORYTELLING is now being used by lawyers and physicians. Storytelling is key to the success of NPOs/Foundations/L3Cs.
The 21st century is also going to bring about more of an emphasis on what Pink calls SYMPHONY or the BIG PICTURE. At ConceptsNation Marketing we are like the conductor bringing together the musicians to create the symphony. We bring together top experts in Design, Video/TV Production, Social Media, Copywriting, Storytelling, Web 2 Marketing, Graphics, Corporate Sponsorship Marketing, etc. to take your Vision to Reality for NPOs/Foundations/L3Cs.
In the past we have helped numerous clients make their Vision a Reality.
One is William Thourlby, who is the Original Marlboro Man. We prepared a plan for the marketing of his first book You Are What You Wear and turned it into a bestselling classic. (This was also pre-Internet days when you had to use the Yellow Pages and send out physical press packages with snail mail!). We arranged 99 interviews with top media including the top rated David Suskind Show and Saturday Evening Post.
We were brought in to build DragonCon, now North America’s largest sci-fi/pop culture fan convention, from a 14,000 4 day attendance to its current 45,000 plus attendance. We also arranged for Coke and Subway to become involved with Corporate Sponsorship of DragonCon. For three years we handled all Media Relations for the event.
Another more recent client is Nobel Prize nominated author Robert Taylor, who wrote Paradigm, a novel that Business Week called “the DaVinci Code for the Wall Street set”. He also was on the highly rated Coast to Coast AM radio show.
We have even produced our own events like The Great American Footrace and The Atlanta English Leather Calendar Challenge.
Our biggest event we created and produced in 2003 on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA was SpyFest where we had 65 stars from TV and film who appeared in James Bond movies, other spy thrillers and TV classics like I Spy. Also we were able to get the Central Intelligence Agency to bring their private spy collection which had only left the Agency one time before for the opening of the President Reagan Library.
We will consult with you for one hour at NO costs except breakfast, lunch or dinner. As we listen to you describing your Vision we know the players to bring to the game. If you decide to use ConceptsNation Marketing, you will pay $500 with $250 up front for the development of a comprehensive plan to bring your Vision to Reality.
